When purchasing licenses for images through our website, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable standard license that allows for personal and professional use of the images (print, presentations, broadcasts, websites and on social media sites). Standard licenses allow the purchaser to use the images to promote yourself and your business online and in marketing material.

For an additional fee, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial licenses may be purchased. Commercial licenses allow the purchaser to use the images to sell or promote a product, service or idea for you or a client. Concept Studios remains the sole, exclusive owner and holder of the copyright for all images and you (purchaser) may not sell, lease, lone, share or give the images away for third-party use in any way. Concept Studios does not allow the use of images on any physical products, such as various customizable novelty items or fine art print replicas and reproductions.
